I became interested in meditation during 2006, as a result of suffering ill health. This is when I began to research the benefits of meditation, of which I found extensive. On mastering the technique I committed to a daily practice which formed a fundamental role in my recovery.

During 2019, I travelled to India to learn the different types of meditation and was lucky enough to have the most amazing opportunity to learn from the traditional Yogis. When I returned to the UK in 2020, I studied to become a Fully Certified Meditation Coach & Mentor. I have since travelled to Morocco to study Sufi Meditation with the Berber tribes.

Meditation can promote amazing health benefits and when practiced regularly, it can allow us to enjoy life in the present moment which gives us access to other possibilities by no longer living in the past or the future. When we have the ability to get beyond the environment, we can achieve pure consciousness. This in turn can potentially help with depression and anxiety and can free our body from the chains of emotions that keep us anchored to the past.

Meditation enables us to open our hearts and feel gratitude and by setting clear intentions in an elevated state, it can raise us up into a state of receiving. It is also the best way to access the deeper, slower brainwave states of Alpha, Theta, and Delta.

Theta - 4Hz | 8 Hz REM sleep, deep relaxation, meditation & creativity.
